El Segundo, CA - August 31, 2018 - PeopleWare Staffing, Inc. has completed its acquisition of M.E. Weaver & Associates (MEWA) located in Newport Beach, California.  The two companies are well matched as they are both technology based staffing agencies and share the same high ethical standard while maintaining distinctly different bases of clientele.

Sheryl Rooker, President of PeopleWare Staffing, and Mary Ellen Weaver, CEO of M.E. Weaver & Associates, made a joint statement saying, "We have known and respected each other for all our lives.  This is truly a perfect match to broaden our client base and expand our talent base."  In fact, they have known each other all their lives as they are cousins and Mary Ellen actually encouraged Sheryl to start PeopleWare in 1993.

M.E. Weaver & Associates was founded by Mary Ellen Weaver in 2004. Mary Ellen was formerly the owner of DPRC, a well-respected national IT staffing firm with strong roots in Southern California.  MEWA specializes in IT staffing; providing highly skilled, experienced, and reliable professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
