These candidates can be brought in as temporary, contracted
specialists to perform specified job tasks while remaining
employees of PeopleWare. Contractors are paid on a weekly basis and
have the option of many incentives including a 401(k) with a Match,
direct deposit, health, dental, and vision insurance.

Contractors may be converted to full-time positions with our
employers at any time. This allows employers to bring in someone
and see if they are an appropriate fit for the position prior to
offering them a full-time position. There is a fee for the
conversion, based upon the length of time a contractor has been at
the job site. There is no fee after six months.
PeopleWare provides qualified candidates for full-time
positions. We assist in the entire hiring process and work hard to
make sure there is a good fit in all areas: professional,
technical, personal and financial. PeopleWare recruits, interviews
and performs reference and other checks on the candidates presented
to employers. PeopleWare offers our standard
Contingency-based search or our Retained search with dedicated
resources and reporting for exclusive engagements. PeopleWare

Employers may have their own hourly wage contractors or
employees that they do not want to payroll directly. PeopleWare can
take these individuals as employees and contract them back to the
employer, thus taking them off the company's payroll and
alleviating the associated liabilities. These payrolled individuals
would then have the option of many incentives including a 401(k)
with a Match, direct deposit, health, dental, and vision
insurance.
To meet you project needs, PeopleWare Staffing can do a complete
requirements analysis and present fixed deliverables and timelines
for the successful implantation of your projects. We can
quickly staff any additional resources through our H²R process and
to best meet your needs each project can be delivered as a fixed
bid or on a time and material basis.
