These candidates can be hired as temporary, contracted specialists who perform specific job tasks while remaining employees of PeopleWare. Our contractors are paid on a weekly basis and have the option of multiple incentives, including a 401(k) match, direct deposit, and health, dental, and vision insurance. Contractors may be hired as full-time employees at any time. This gives employers the option to bring in someone to see if they are an appropriate fit for a full-time role. There is a fee for the conversion based on the length of time a contractor has been in the position. There is no fee after 6 months.

Employers may retain the services of hourly wage contractors or employees that they do not want to add directly to their payroll. PeopleWare will take on these individuals as employees and contract them back to the employer, thus alleviating the associated payroll liabilities. These contractors would then have the option of multiple incentives, such as a 401(k) match, direct deposit, and health, dental, and vision insurance.
To meet your project needs, PeopleWare can perform a complete requirement assessment and present fixed deliverables and timelines for the successful implementation of your project(s). We have the capability to quickly staff any additional resources as needed and each project can be delivered as a fixed bid or on a time and material basis.
